A 120 sqm apartment on the eighth floor, located just a two-minute walk from Faliro Marina, enjoys an exceptional setting with expansive views towards the sea, the Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill.
The project focused on reconfiguring the existing plan to create a more generous and fluid living environment. The original three-bedroom layout was restructured into two larger bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom was conceived as a private suite, incorporating a walk-in wardrobe and an entrance hall.
The kitchen was opened towards the dining area and continues seamlessly into the living room, establishing a continuous spatial axis oriented towards the views. Large openings allow the sea and the urban landscape to permeate the interior, making the surrounding cityscape an integral part of the living experience.
A restrained palette of natural marble and warm timber defines the interior, balancing material richness with a sense of calm and understated luxury.
The veranda was redesigned as an extension of the interior, with built-in seating and integrated planters creating a lush, intimate outdoor retreat. Overlooking the marina, the terrace becomes a place of pause and connection to the landscape, reinforcing the relationship between the apartment and its exceptional coastal setting.
