The 77 sqm apartment underwent a series of precise, minimal interventions that radically transformed its spatial character. Originally comprising two compact bedrooms, a separate kitchen, two bathrooms, and a living and dining area, the apartment was reconfigured to achieve a more coherent and efficient layout.
A new, compact bathroom was introduced within the former corridor and kitchen area, allowing one of the bedrooms to be transformed into an en-suite bedroom. At the heart of the apartment, the wall separating the kitchen from the living area was removed and replaced by a custom-designed counter, creating a visual and functional connection between the two spaces.
Through a limited number of carefully considered interventions, the existing plan was reorganised to enhance continuity, openness and everyday functionality, giving the apartment a renewed sense of space and character.
